The public HELIONEX website is static, read-only and database-free. It has no contact form, public accounts, payments, CRM, newsletter, analytics or tracking. Personal information enters the current service only when someone chooses to send an email.

Who is responsible

HELIONEX LTD is the data controller for this website and correspondence sent to enquiries@helionex.ai.

Use the email address above for privacy questions or requests. Please do not send passwords, API keys, trading instructions, private financial information or capital instructions.

What information we receive

If you email us, we receive the address and name attached to your message, its contents, and ordinary correspondence metadata. You choose what to include. The website itself does not submit a form, create a Member record or place non-essential cookies.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use correspondence to answer general, technical, provenance, research, media or collaboration enquiries and to manage an explicit expression of interest in possible future access. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: communicating with people who contact HELIONEX, maintaining proportionate correspondence records and understanding genuine interest in the platform. We consider this limited use necessary and reasonably expected because you initiate the contact. We may also use or retain information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Registering interest is not consent to direct marketing. We do not operate a newsletter or automated marketing service, and we will not silently convert an enquiry into marketing permission.

Who receives it and transfers

Access is limited to HELIONEX LTD and service providers supporting email or website hosting where necessary to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

We do not state that correspondence is stored in any particular country. If a service arrangement involves a restricted international transfer, HELIONEX LTD must ensure that an applicable UK adequacy regulation or another lawful safeguard covers it. You may contact us for current information relevant to your correspondence.

How long we keep it

No single fixed period applies to every message. We keep correspondence only while reasonably necessary to answer and follow up the enquiry, manage an active expression of interest, maintain proportionate operational records, or meet applicable legal requirements. We consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purpose, continuing relevance, legal obligations and whether the record can be deleted or anonymised. When those reasons end, the information should be deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing, and receive information you supplied in a portable form. These rights vary with the lawful basis and are not absolute.

Your right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing; HELIONEX does not currently use enquiry or waiting-list emails for direct marketing.

Email enquiries@helionex.ai to exercise a right. We may need enough information to verify the request without collecting unnecessary data.

Complaints and changes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office through its official complaint service.

This notice must be reviewed before HELIONEX activates Member accounts, authentication, forms, newsletters, analytics or tracking, payments, CRM, automated marketing, persistent waiting-list storage, God Access administration, or other materially new personal-data processing. Material changes will be published here with a revised review date.
